Orders may currently only be delivered to addresses within the UAE. The Order delivery methods which are currently available are set out below. However we constantly strive to improve customer experience and may introduce additional delivery or collection methods across our shopping channels. Please check back frequently to see if more options have become available.
Deliveries take place between 9am-5pm.
We use a range of reliable Logistic and courier companies based in the UAE.
Orders placed outside of our ordinary working hours (9am-5pm) and/or on any UAE public holiday will be deemed placed on the first UAE working day following the date on which the Order was submitted.
Dubai – Sharjah – Ajman: Up to 2 working days
Abu Dhabi City, Al Ain, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain, Hatta: Up to 3 days after order confirmation
Western Area and Remote zones: 5 working days

During the duration of these RawMusicStore.com will be unable to commit to the timelines stated above but will do its best to minimize any delivery delays.
We reserve the right to impose a re-delivery charge where your Order is not accepted at the address supplied to us on the confirmed date of delivery. Please note that orders paid for by Cash on Delivery attract an additional AED 9 processing fee.
Cash On Delivery:
Rawmusicstore.com offer a « Cash on Delivery » (COD) payment facility for customers who do not use credit cards.
When prompted to choose a payment option, you must choose « Cash on Delivery »
Please note that a processing fee of AED9 is applicable for any COD order.
We only accept COD as a payment method when the total order amount is AED1,000 or less. For orders of a higher amount, please use our secure online credit card payment.
Only cash payments will be accepted while delivering the order under the COD. Demand Draft/ Cheques will not be accepted for orders booked under the COD method of payment. It is strictly a cash-only payment method.
You will be required to make a Cash payment to our Courier Partner, only at the time of delivery of your order. The Courier Partner carries a small amount of change, so please try to prepare exact payment or as close to it as possible.
Please do NOT pay any additional charges to courier staff. The amount stated on the Courrier airway bill is what should be paid to the Courier and is inclusive of all charges.
The order amount has to be paid in full before receiving the package and signing the delivery sheet. The package can be opened only after the payment is made.
The delivery service is contracted to a third party therefore no exchanges; returns or fractioning of the delivered items is allowed. The delivery person has no authorization to make any changes on the invoice amount or return any items to the shop. For Return and Refund procedure, please refer to our Return Policy.
General Delivery Conditions:
Although we are strongly committed to delivering in the timelines estimated in our Order confirmation or displayed on our Website or above, delivery timelines are estimates only. Time shall not be considered of the essence. Timelines start from Order confirmation. However, if we have not delivered your Order within 30 days of Order confirmation, we will provide you with a full refund. We are not responsible for failures to deliver for reasons outside our reasonable control, including where you are not available to take delivery of your Order or request postponement.
Orders are delivered daily excluding UAE public holidays. It is your duty to ensure appropriate access for deliveries, including in particular but without limitation on Fridays.
Additional conditions for delivery of Bulky items above 20KG: When your Order is ready for delivery, we will contact you to agree a delivery date. Once agreed, you will be responsible for accepting delivery and arranging appropriate means of access and installation on that date. It is your responsibility to ensure that our delivery team has access to the delivery address, and that sufficient space for the goods is available.
Delivery on the first floor and above requires service elevator access arranged by you and it is your responsibility to notify us of any potential problems with access to the premises, building, service elevators, etc… and make any related delivery arrangements. Where delivery is complicated by such factors, additional charges may apply. If delivery is not accepted on the agreed delivery date, goods shall be kept in storage free of charge for a period of up to thirty (30) days. If you fail to agree a revised delivery date falling within thirty (30) days of the initial delivery date, we retain the right to cancel your Order, retain all monies paid and resell the goods with no further liability.
If on the delivery date our logistics partner delivery team is unable to obtain access to the delivery address, a reasonable re-delivery charge may be applied. In the absence of negligence, we will not be liable for loss or damage to the goods or your property, including where caused by: (i) us following your specific instructions; (ii) limited or no access to your nominated premises; and/or (iii) goods not fitting into your property.
Our customer care team will be happy to assist with changing your preferred delivery date and address should you require. However, if you have received an email informing you that your order has been dispatched, we won’t be able to change your address. Please note that a change to an address outside of the original delivery country will not be possible.
A tracking number will be provided by email once your order is confirmed. You will then be able to use the tracking number to track your order online using our designated logistic partner platform.
