What is the process of the repair service?
- You contact us or bring your equipment to our Oud Metha HiFi showroom
- One of our technicians will take the equipment and fill out the equipment repair form with your contact details and a description of the fault
- Once we diagnose the fault, we send you a repair estimate to confirm the total cost of the intervention ( a non-refundable AED50 diagnosis fee is required once we take your equipment in charge. It will be deducted from the total cost if you accept to do the repair)
- We change the faulty parts and do the necessary repairs and calibrations
- We test the equipment
- We call you to confirm the repair and to collect your gear.
Where and When can I bring my equipment?
Our service center is open 7 days a week, from 10 AM to 7 PM, and is located in our Oud Metha HiFi showroom (Google Maps link)
