Return of  products – Terms, and Conditions:

Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with a product purchased from our store, you can request a return (subject to the terms below)

Submit your return request by sending an email to hello@rawmusicstore.com stating the reasons and we will get in touch with you.

Return requests are only accepted within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.

Once the request is received, assessed and accepted, our team will inform you to return the product. The product should reach us within 7 days.

No returns are accepted unless your email request is received within 48 hours from the date of receipt of the goods (Delivery Date).

Items should be returned unused, with the original unopened packaging and labels if any.

Wherever-provided all packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags, user manuals etc…. should be included with your return.

No returns are accepted for the products purchased on Sale/ Promotions/ Discounts /Gift Coupons and for used Records category.

Once the product is received it will be sent for a quality check.

On the approval of the quality check department is received, a refund will be made excluding the bank and admin charges.

If the product does not pass the quality check, the refund amount will be decided by our quality team and we will inform you accordingly.

Please note that you are liable for return shipping, customs, and other incurred costs.

 

Refunds

Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card or Pay Pal account.

For Cash on delivery order, the refund will be made in cash to be collected from our location. COD fees collected during the order cannot be refunded.

Shipping costs, customs paid, bank and other charges will not be refunded for items returned.

Please note that card refunds may take up to 45 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers and is not under our control.

 

Cancellation Policy

Unfortunately, the order/transaction cancellation is not allowed until you receive the goods. But you can return the products and get refunds subjected to Returns and Refunds policy.
