Invictus XLR was the first cable devised in the new design course that started in 2018, and it was the most difficult to improve, because it already integrated so many of the top elements of our production. Our goal was not to twist it, but to refine it, improving every aspect that has made it so popular over the past six years. Acoustically, it is a true reference for transparency, neutrality, balance and soundstaging.
There are mainly three improvements over the previous course. First, the conductor was increased to better carry the acoustic signal. Then, we inserted the double dielectric with two newly developed R-TEC polymers, which can further reduce the electrical capacitance. Finally, we strengthened the “defenses,” further improving the shielding.

- Conductor +13% over previous one: 0.64 mm2 conductors vs. the previous 0.57 mm2always made of MARC (Multicore Annealed Ricable Conductor) Copper 7N with strands 0.08 mm smoother and more compact surface, strands allowing 70% better audio transmission than OFC Copper.
- Shielding increased by 10% to totally reduce external interference and ensure the preservation of the acoustic signal.
- Newly developed Double R-TEC Dielectric, which enables a 20% reduction in electrical capacity compared with its predecessor, as well as virtually eliminating noise.
- Listen to it now, but wait to judge: for the new Signal Reference, cable break-in becomes essential, in fact this dielectric reaches maximum efficiency after at least 100 hours of polarization that occurs with the passage of the low-voltage electrical signal (audio signal).

- COPPER OFC Connectors +40% over brass: Proprietary oversized XLR connectors with Copper OFC contacts and non-magnetic, anti-interference alloy shell. With these connectors there is an improvement in electrical parameters of more than 40% over common brass connectors. 24K Gold plated with specific Gold/Copper electrolysis technique.
- RNR TECHNOLOGY (Ricable Noise Reduction): A Germanium semiconductor on all conductors reduces background noise and hiss generated by audio media. With this system, the sound is more detailed and brighter, while maintaining a natural and balanced timbre.
- Balanced geometry with Triple Copper/Aluminum/Magnesium shielding for EMI/RFI interference. The Insulating Materials used are the top of R-TEC technology, with special polyethylenes and innovative polymers, in order to lower electrical capacitance and resistance and provide better support for the Audio signal.
