Inheriting the reference-class audio technology concept, the JENO Engine transmits and processes audio signals in full digital and with minimal jitter from the input stage to the power stage. Speaker load adaptive phase calibration (LAPC) ensures ideal gain and phase characteristics for any type of speaker. The newly developed low-distortion switching power supply realises accurate power supply by suppressing switching frequency fluctuations caused by load shifting.

ELAC VELA FS407 Floorstanding speakers – White

A complex design: high-class lacquered and wooden veneered cabinets, which have a trapezoid shape and are angled rearward, combined with aluminum and glass. The design catches eyes but conduces acoustics, too. The sound of VELA shows its family background to successful series 400. But the advantages are distinct. The angling of the cabinet in combination with the new waveguide of the JET tweeter improves the definition of stereo and multi-channel audio in modern furnishing. But there are more than the obvious changes. For example the
optimized drivers are able to reproduce high-energy transients more precisely.

Technics SL-1500C Direct Drive Turntable – Silver

The technologies acquired through the development of the SL-1200 Series and the high-end SL-1000R model were lavishly inserted into the motor drive unit, a key part of the turntable. The motor exclusively tunes the single-rotor, coreless direct drive motor adopted by the SL-1200GR in order to read the high rotation accuracy and high-precision signals of the record. Optimal motor control is conducted for the inertial mass of the two-layer structure platter on which the vinyl record is placed with deadening rubber on the entire back surface to eliminate unwanted resonance in the aluminium die-cast platter to eliminate the rotation irregularity called cogging.

In conjunction with this upgrade, we have also improved the internal insulation and increased the R-TEC dielectrics to ensure the neutrality that has always characterised Dedalus Speaker. This upgrade, which is recognisable for products with the Mark II designation, does not result in a revolutionary new product, but does improve on its already excellent performance.
